By the pool with friends, brazenly taking a mid-day nap on any old day. Not so much a who’s who in society but rather free time, a way of using it as seen through an intimate portrait of very private lives taken by Slim Aarons’ camera. Pictures in which the stars are not the guests but the pool itself, its details, shades, colours, the water, the sun, and the sea views. Moments of real and aspirational fantasy that MENCHÉN TOMÁS transposes to the “POOLSIDE” collection through embroidered fabrics, silks, chiffons and cotton.

Junto a la piscina con amigos, descansando descaradamente a mediodia de un día cualquiera. No tanto un quién es quién en la sociedad, sino mas bien el tiempo libre, una manera de utilizarlos visto a través del retrato íntimo de unas vidas muy privadas recogidas por la cámara de Slin Aarons. Imágenes donde los protagonistas no son los invitados sino la propia piscina: sus detalles, tonalidades, colores, el agua, el sol y las vistas al mar.
